Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Buyer is responsible for all returning shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at five29candleco@hotmail.com or complete the Contact Us form on our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We do our best to carefully package every item so that it will arrive safely, however we do not have control on delivery carrier handling.  Please be sure to inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt, if you detect any damages, please provide photo or video or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at five29candlco@hotmail.com or simply complete the Contact Us form on our website.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, gift card orders or custom orders.


Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time.  


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
